10 Steps To Overcome Your Exam Nightmares

1. Create Your Own Timetable

    You know the subjects you have to work on. Based on it create your own realistic timetable for all the seven days of the week.

2. Begin Revision Early

    Make a practice to start revising earlier. It will avoid all kinds of panic at the last moment and help you to understand concepts better.

3. Mix Subjects While Learning

    Mix subjects while learning. Learn one subject in the morning and the other one in the evening. It will make you more interested in learning.

4. Chart Out The Subjects To Learn

    Create a rough sketch of the subjects or chapters you find difficult and sequence them in terms of priority against the timetable you have made.

5. Do Regular Meditation

    Achieve a state of mental alertness through medication. Your mind will be relaxed if you meditate for a few minutes.

6. Have Healthy Meals

    While charting out the timetable, make room for healthy meals. A healthy meal will lead to a healthy mind and make you more focused.

7. Avoid Negative Thoughts

    As soon as negative thoughts crop up, stop what you are doing. Start thinking about it and see how unrealistic they are.

8. Answer Last Year’s Papers

    Review topics by answering the previous year’s question papers. Get them from your peers or teachers or even from online.

9. Good Sleep

    A night of good sleep will refresh your mind and provide the required rest. A minimum of 6-7 hours of sleep at night is good for your brain.

10. Get Assistance If Needed

    If you want assistance for any subject or have doubts about certain topics, take assistance from your friends, parents, or teachers.
